Some of the search terms include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Free leave application php<\/li>\n<li>Open source web leave tracking system<\/li>\n<li>Download source code for online leave management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Obviously, people are looking for <strong>ways to manage leaves<\/strong> and absences in a more organized manner.<\/p>\n<p>There are many <strong>advantages <\/strong>of utilizing a web-based leave tracking system:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Eliminates paper-based leave application forms<\/li>\n<li>Leave <a title=\"\" class=\"aalmanual\" target=\"_blank\"  rel=\"nofollow\"   style=\"color:#1e73be;\" href=\"https:\/\/partners.webydo.com\/6wdx17ttbarj\">applications<\/a> can be submitted online<\/li>\n<li>Leave applications can be approved online<\/li>\n<li>Both the leave applicant as well as the approver can view the remaining leave days as well as historical leave applications<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>So if your organization is still managing staff&#8217;s leaves using hardcopy papers, it&#8217;s time to<strong> implement a web based leave management system<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Most HR Management systems (HRMS) out there have this particular <strong>feature built in<\/strong>. Enterprise HRMS such as Peoplesoft, SAP HR and Oracle HRMS has leave management capability which can be customized to suite your <a title=\"\" class=\"aalmanual\" target=\"_blank\"  rel=\"nofollow\"   style=\"color:#1e73be;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.inflowinventory.com\/?plid=27260\">organizations<\/a> leave management processes. Option one would be to get a technical person who is familiar with the LAMP environment to <a title=\"Download OrangeHRM\" href=\"https:\/\/www.orangehrm.com\/orangehrm-starter-open-source-software\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">download OrangeHRM<\/a> and help set up \/ configure OrangeHRM.<\/p>\n<p>If your organization doesn&#8217;t have a technical staff, you can <strong>subscribe <\/strong>to <a title=\"OrangeHRM On Demand\" href=\"https:\/\/www.orangehrm.com\/30-day-free-trial\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">OrangeHRM&#8217;s On-Demand <\/a>where there is nothing to install and maintain. Just pay a minimal fee depending on the number of users you have and you&#8217;re good to go.<\/p>\n<p>For more <strong>details <\/strong>on OrangeHRM, check out their website.<\/p>\n<p>So far the only free an open source leave management system that I found is OrangeHRM. If anyone knows of another one with similar capabilities. please do <strong>highlight <\/strong>in the comment box below. Paid versions of leave systems are also welcomed, but do make sure it&#8217;s good and affordable. I&#8217;m giving OrangeHRM a 3\/5 star rating as I believe it could do more to provide better functionality in terms of leave management.
